Matt Huebner has over 13 years of experience executing M&A and capital markets transactions focusing on businesses within the industrial and tech/telecom sectors.

Matt started as an Analyst with Headwaters MB (now Capstone Headwaters) in 2006. While with the company, he has worked with public and private companies providing M&A and advisory services. 

Matt has extensive experience in sell-side, buy-side, debt and equity transactions, primarily focusing in the industrial and tech/telecom sectors. He has also worked on numerous strategic advisory and company valuation assignments.    

Prior to joining Headwaters, Matt was an Associate Broker in the Industrial Group at Grubb & Ellis Co.
