David has 25+ years of financial markets experience in global M&A and corporate strategic development with a focus on the healthcare industry.

David has successfully completed over 50 transactions in numerous countries representing $4 billion in total value. Closed deals include M&A, joint ventures, equity investments and partnership agreements. David has extensive global experience with deals successfully completed in U.S., Europe, Asia and South America. Results include growth of businesses, liquidity for owners and recapitalization of underperforming businesses.

Prior to joining Capstone Headwaters, David was a Managing Director in the Healthcare Group at Lazard Middle Market, and was a Vice President of Business Development and Integration at GE Healthcare.
